If stairs are present on building’s lobby and therefore requires extra effort of lifting, staircase of 1 to 10 steps will attribute as 1 floor)
Q: Do you provide installation and delivery service
A: We offer free delivery. However, installation is not included. We also offer assembly service for $100 service charge. Please make sure package box can fit into staircase and/or lift, or else additional charge will be imposed.
Q: Is it difficult for the installation? How long does it take?
A: If the installer has experience with installing tools, installation is not difficult. The simple assemble process is to install the two feet at the bottom of the bike first, then assemble the foot, then the handle, then the seat and bracket, and finally the backrest. The installation time is around 30 minutes.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Can I pay by installments?
A: Yes, HSBC credit card's installment is accepted in our branches.
Q: Can I pay with cash or cheque?
A: You can pay in cash or cheque in our branches. After delivery date is confirmed, we will contact you for installation arrangement.
