Q: Do you provide installation and delivery service?
A: We offer free delivery and the product is already assembled. Product is ready after unpacked. Please make sure package box can fit into staircase and/or lift, or else additional charge will be imposed.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Do you provide installation service upon delivery?
A: Delivery and installation service will come separately, but installation can usually be arranged on the same day or the day after the delivery. 

Q: Can I pay with cash or cheque?
A: You can pay in cash or cheque in our branches. After delivery date is confirmed, we will contact you for installation arrangement.

Q: Can I pay by installments?
A: Yes, HSBC credit card's installment is accepted in our branches.
